You’ll be placed within a team aligned to your interests, with rotations that offer broader exposure across the business. From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects, see how ideas turn into outcomes and gain insight into how Australia’s leading integrated property group operates.

You’ll be supported by experienced leaders who are invested in your development, with space to ask questions, build relationships and grow your skills.

Running for approximately six months, the program is open to students in their final year from a wide range of universities and disciplines who are ready to take their first step into property.
